ELITE Dance Studios

• ­A registration card must be completed for every student before enrolling in any lesson
• A lifetime registration fee of $25 will be charged for every student
• A new registration card must be completed any time a student's information changes
• An initial trial lesson is available at no charge for each dance style
• ALL class placements are solely at the discretion of the Instructor and/or Studio Director

• Monthly tuition is due on, or before, the first lesson of the month
  Tuition is based on four (4) lessons per month.  Variances average out over the year and compensate for observed holidays 
• Late fees will be automatically applied to all accounts where tuition is not received by the 10^th of the month
• Students will lose their place in class if an account is 60 days past due
• A $25 fee will be charged for all returned payments
• There are no credits or refunds for missed lessons.  Make-up lessons are available within 30 days, except where there is not a 30 day window remaining in the current season.  Make-up lessons may not be carried over into a new season.
• Make-up lessons are not offered 30 days prior to any studio performances
• Credits will be issued for any lessons cancelled by the studio, unless a rehearsal time is substituted
• All accounts must be current for students to participate in a performance
• A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all private lessons. The balance is due at the time of the lesson.  
• Payment options include: cash, check, credit/debit card, automatic payment

Attendance

• All students should strive for perfect attendance year-round.  For students to participate in any performances they must attend regularly.
• Notify the studio as soon as possible if a student will be absent from a lesson
• There are no credits given for missed lessons.  Make-up lessons, of an appropriate age/ability level, will be available for 30 days after the date of the absence.  Contact the Studio for availability and inform the Instructor if a lesson is being made up.  Make-up lessons may not be substituted for regular classes in the following month.
• NO make-up classes are allowed during the 30 days prior to any performance
• Long term absences (more than 3 weeks) without notice will automatically forfeit a student's place in a class
• The Studio Lesson Schedule is subject to change without notice
